OBJECTIVE

Plan, produce, design, and creatively direct an end-to-end live experience at Meta’s MPK campus for the Global Finance team, celebrating key achievements and team impact. The program features a full-day conference with dynamic multi-panel discussions, thoughtfully paced with curated lunch and refreshment breaks to maintain energy and engagement. The experience culminates in a high-touch happy hour, complete with a custom-designed karaoke stage, branded interactive games and prizes, and elevated food and beverage offerings—transforming the day from informative to memorable while reinforcing connection, culture, and celebration.

OUTCOME

Event Production: We delivered a smooth, highly successful event from concept through execution. The overall flow felt intentional and effortless, supported by precise cueing, clean transitions, and well-timed reveals. Key moments landed with impact, creating a cohesive experience that kept the audience engaged from start to finish.

Screen Displays: We designed and implemented a visually cohesive multi-screen environment across the conference. Seven screens were programmed and utilized throughout the event, featuring presentation content, static logo moments, and custom gradient backgrounds. Together, the displays elevated the visual identity of the event while supporting clear communication and pacing.

Motion Graphics: Motion was a central creative focus across all screen content and digital assets. Through dynamic animation, thoughtful transitions, and rhythm-driven movement, the motion graphics brought the creative to life, reinforced the event’s narrative, and added energy to both big moments and supporting content.

Wayfinding and signage: We extended the brand into the physical environment with bold, intuitive wayfinding and signage. Large-scale experiential elements—including an 8-foot event map, a 10-foot branded archway, and custom meter boards for food and game stations—combined function with visual impact. These elements guided guests effortlessly while reinforcing brand presence at every turn.
